At the request of the Customer, we supervise the process of restructuring according to the accepted schedule, by the following actions :


  1. Punktorexternal supervising, including monitoring of the components which inhibit the process and presentation of ways to eliminate them,

  2. Punktordirect internal monitoring by the employment on an independent position in the Customer’s company of our company's representative, who receives the necessary mandate and authority.
